As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to play a key role in fuelling both our clients’ growth, as well as our own. You will be instrumental in running Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok ads for our clients as well as helping our own company gain exposure and leads through digital advertising.

Responsibilities include:

Job Specification

  • You will be responsible for budget management and optimisation across all Paid Social Media campaigns
  • You will manage a full funnel activity, effectively connecting Brand, Consideration and Conversion campaigns across the full product portfolio
  • You will lead the campaign development, through ongoing testing and proactive innovation
  • You will optimise account performance, including targeting and creative optimisation
  • You will support Acquisition with developing Paid Social campaign plans in-line with Paid Media Strategies & channel performance forecasting
  • You will translate Media plans into effective Paid Social campaign structures, targeting & bidding approaches, and creative alignment
  • You will manage day-to-day client relationships
  • You will have responsibility for maintaining Paid Social Media campaign reporting and supporting the team with insights and channel recommendations
  • You will collaborate extensively with Paid Media & Organic Social channels, as well as Brand and Content Teams

Professional Skills:

  • 2 years+ experience within an active Paid Social Media role (agency or client side), with a proven ability to deliver successful campaigns
  • Experience in running full funnel Paid Social campaigns across multiple product categories
  • Knowledge of the Paid Social Channels, with focus on Facebook & Instagram; hands-on experience of Twitter and/or LinkedIn
  • Experience In Paid Social reporting & KPI analysis, providing actionable insights to drive campaign optimisation
  • Experience in audience targeting & effective campaign optimisation
  • Experience in driving campaign development through on-going testing
  • Knowledge of Paid Social creative formats and creative best practices
  • Excellent understanding of media measurement, attribution and KPIs
  • Excellent copy writing skills that adapt to brand guidelines and target audiences
  • Experience working with GA or an alternative Analytics Platform
